Correct me if I am wrong, but the genny was on your Provari, no?
Get it on a mech and put some grunt behind it, man! I've run it through my RDAs down in regulated land, and on the mech, it's like drinking the extract. Heh... well, that would be foul... but you get the point.
Not all the other juices I've tried do well up near 20w (well, none of them have actually), but DF comes roaring to life, burning villages, consuming virgins and all that.
Yes on the Provari. And I believe the Genny was made for subohm (mechs).

Leo, I've had DF in my Genny and it was 90% what I got from a Phoenix RBA. The Kayfun is on par with the Phoenix. If DF gets any better than what it is in the Phoenix or Kayfun, I will get heart failure.
I had huge issues with DF in cartos for the longest time. It got burnt tasting after about 1 tank. Then I got a 50 from MP and loaded up my pure and lemme say I am in love again. I have been thru 4 tanks in 4 days. It's good stuff for sure.

First device I EVER had where there isn't even a molecule of juice coming off the connector. My battery post doesn't even need wiping.

Well I was not getting a tank or 2 of it until it was tasting bad. I guess it just wasn't good in a carto. But yeah in my pure it is very very tasty and 4 tanks in and no burnt.

Yeah... I'd love to try. but gennies are like plumbing in an old house... if it's working, LEAVE IT ALONE!
If it works... big if.. there should be a lot more juice in that wick and before the mesh dries out, the silica should throw in some.
Biggest drawback is that silica will make it hard to switch juices, but if it works well, big deal.
Bah! A genny in a regulated device is like buying a Ferrari and never taking it out of first gear. ;-)

Using this post as reference material, the Provari, gennies and Dragons Fire being the items used, you will see that the Provari can do 20W without even breaking a sweat..
The key difference, it will maintain that consistent 20W all the way till the battery runs out, which you won't get in a Mech. Now just for the sake of making it even more interesting.. say I want 40W 8-o, it can do that too. All I have to do is get a 0.9ohm coil and set the Provari to 6v. Voila.. I have 40W (consistent). Yes, I have friends that run even 0.8ohm coils on their Provari's.
Personally I vape in the 8 - 10W range, so the above scenarios don't come into play for me, but I fail to understand why I would NEED a mech to make a scenario such as you have presented happen.
