I tried that and made a mess all over the place - yes, I covered the air hole, but it still all the juice drained out. Must have done something wrong in the process.

You have to cover both the airhole and the filling valve, fill juice, screw on a little bit the top piece, turn upside down, continue to screw top piece till it seals, release 2 holes, hold it for 2 seconds, then it should be ok, I never had leak issue with my kayfun from the day 1 and I always fill it this way.

So I just made my first microcoil. I don't think all the sides touch but they are close. I'm only getting 2.8 ohms with 30 gauge wire at about I think 8 wraps. I used a miniature screw driver but maybe the diameter is too big? Maybe I need more wraps? I got it on my Phoenix. Beautiful coil though. I'm quite proud of myself. I like microcoiling! I need to watch some videos though on something to hold it in place so I can torch it. I just put it on my Phoenix and fired it off and got it hot and squeezed it together with some tweezers but the Phoenix doesn't leave much room for too many more wraps doing it that way. That was fun! I'm using organic cotton. It's making some vapor...but I just wanted to get it closer to say 1.5 ohms.

Your miniature screw driver is not as mini as you thought it would be..2.8ohm is too much for 8 wraps of 30awg wire. try something thinner, on mine it makes 1.4-1.6ohm 8-9 wraps 30awg wire.

Pulled the trigger on the KayFun Plus yesterday, from InTaste. It's gonna be at least two weeks for delivery as I told them not to send it FedEx. FedEx gets caught up in customs. Along with that I got three filling bottles to make life easier.

Chak I'm glad you ordered the KF+ but after that you really must not purchase any more vape gear until next year I am so happy with my 3 KFLs and my GP Paps & Lux that I haven't even touched the couple of Zens I kept. I need to get them set up with other flavors to enjoy at home in the evening. I also have a GP Piccolo/Spheroid set up that is great for out and about since it's so small. Got that setup from the classifieds and got a great price on the piccolo so couldn't pass it up.

I know..I know just had to keep a couple for history sake Actually they are nice mods just takes more to set them up than the KFLs and like any genny they leak easily. I need to attack the Tupperware drawer tonight..it's ugly and frustrating. It will probably take me a total of half and hour and the rewards will be great.

I really need to be more strict on that moratorium - especially with Christmas coming up.

I'm glad too...I have better years when they are even years. Come on 2014!! Although 2013 wasn't a bad year...actually good things happened. OH NO...I hope it didn't switch and even years suck for me now.

I love new years...time for refreshing and clearing the cob webs and starting afresh...mentally and emotionally and physically.

That's what I did, I'll have to try that again. Maybe I didn't have both holes completely covered.

Question about the Provari:

Does the low battery light come on at different levels depending on the battery? Sometimes it'll come on at 3.3v and right now the AW IMR is blinking at 3.6v. I'll have to check which batteries were going down to 3.3v.
