Also, on the provaris, if you don't have 99 iso or are at work and don't have time, I have found that a pencil eraser cleans contacts very quickly and easily

I should probably leave this one alone, but....
C'mon fellas. Anything with electrical contact points and/ or moving parts has to be maintained. I even cleaned the Janty eGo 650 batts I started with, using a Q-tip and 91% Iso to clean the top contact and threads.

Hey, any of you try the chimney micro coil build that I saw on the KFL thread in a video by Rip Trippers? I think I need to give it a whirl.

Yeah I have that set up on one of mine right now. The first build was a complete disaster. I tried with my usual 2mm micro coil and I think I packed too much cotton in the chimney.
2nd build I used a paperclip to wrap the coil on and used less cotton in the chimney and this thing is vaping like a champ

Question for you Kayfun/provari peeps. I am looking for a cone that will leave no gap with the 2 combined. I have a cone but it leaves a little tiny gap which will spin still. I want one that sits completely flush.

My Provari Ring by Sotong does not move once I screw on the KFL's. Found him on a U.K Forum though..
That doesn't help me much sir. I see vaperev has cones but I am worried about it being the same as what I got. Should just get a hippo.
You know I'm kidding buddy. I got a EHPro Kayfun 3.1 on its way. Maybe that will work with the cone I have. But doubt it.

I got a cone with my KFL+ from intaste that sits flush.

The Kayfun connection can't go any further up and I can't lower the vari connection any. So yeah I have actually thought about shaving about a mm off the connection screw on KFL to take the gap away but I ain't risking it.

Oh, I do clean mine - just haven't gotten around to it doing the alcohol bath on the Provari yet. 91% Iso is hard to find around here - most pharmacies only carry 70%.

Please read my blog. Order some 99% alcohol today.
Bathing your ProVari in alcohol is NOT a maintenance item. That is an emergency repair method for very specific circumstances only. Don't do the bath Chak.
Just do the stuff in my blog, but do it with 99% alcohol, please.
