Let's talk hardware

I was just trying to fill a cart somewhere for Daniel with everything he'll need. But that's impossible. No one place has everything. I would go to Discountvapors.com for the Vamo and maybe a protank. I've never used Protanks but they are popular.

VAMO V5 - Stainless Steel

Protank / Mini ProTank / UniTank

Stainless Steel is more expensive so you may want to save $5 and get a black chrome although I'd go for the SS. You can pick up a Protank there if you so wish. I don't know of any coupon codes but let me go check real quick.

Oh and you can get charger and batteries here:

Your Online Electronic Cigarette Store

eFest IMR 18650mAh LiMN Rechargeable Batteries - AltSmoke

Let me go check on those discount codes. I have no idea if you can get all this for $100 but I'm trying....;)

Are these AW's the ones that are good for Vamos? I use the efests so I'm not sure...

well since i'm getting zero help in the new people forum i'll figure here would work fine since I get it here

anyway i'm REALLY trying to come up with ideas on a new system, the kit that I have right now is garbage and I am really needing help guys. as I have mentioned I am wanting to start with clearomizers because they seem to be the easiest to work with that won't taste like garbage, I am also wanting a battery with variable voltage and that is really nice quality.

bronze brought up this that I really like, but I am wanting, something idk just better looking and maybe a digital read out or something. it was also brought to my attention that I need something with a replaceable battery since they will die after a while and I wouldn't want a system that doesn't have one.
VISION Spinner Variable Voltage eGo 3.3-4.8v 900mah - BLUE [gv-VisionSpinner900mah-BLUE] - $27.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

I mean any help here would be really great, i'm really looking to start ordering my stuff around the 10th so I am trying to come up with decisions now

EDIT: it can be somewhat expensive also, cause I can use up to $100 on all my stuff so any ideas are great.

Daniel, the Vision Spinner is a nice low end VV device - I have two of them in the same color and size and another black 1300 mAh I got almost a year ago. Voltage adjustment is easier to read than the eGo Twists.

If you're looking for something that has digital readout and separate, changeable batteries there are several that won't break the bank, check out these. You don't have to buy from this site, but Health Cabin shows a good selection of what's out there and how much they cost. From China and as far as I know, HC doesn't sell clones or knock-offs.

Variable Voltage/Wattage Mod : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail

You can also get/look at clearomizers here. The prices are usually less than in the States, however, shipping may/will take longer.

Many on this thread have VAMOs (on this site they call them eGo Bamboo VV/VW APV). Quite a few peeps here use the iTAste SVD as well. I've had little to no problems with my two VAMOs - one Bamboo & one Custom shorty, HD VAMO. (which needs a new bat spring)

As for clearomizers, there's probably dozens out there to choose from. Personally, I've had great results with the ProTanks I & II. The tank is glass so it won't deteriorate by cinnamon & citric juices. I see the ProTank III is out and has dual coil and tanks available in different colors! Oh, the tank holds about 2.5 ml of juice while the Mini holds 1.2 ml.

Wondering if those dual coils can be rebuilt?

Anyway, others may add to this with their preferences or experiences.

Someone link Danel to where he can buy some AW IMR's (18650 and/or 18490/18500's) and a charger. I get mine from Super T but they are out of stock at the moment.

thank you bronze, i'm going to try for that, i'll go for the bigger battery just to be safe because you never know.

Both Dusty and I have gotten batteries from here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ers-exporters-america-shipping-worldwide.html

A reliable source and fast delivery! Pricing is good too!!! Good luck hunting for the ultimate vape… ;) :toast:

I'm not seeing a discount code for discountvapers.com. Always use discount codes Daniel!!! You can google for them using the name of the vendor and I normally find some on retailmenot.com after the google search. You can also check the coupon tab at the very top of ECF and type in a vendor and look for codes. You just missed out on all the holiday sales darnit! :)

Thank you all so much, going to bookmark this specific page cause of so much info on it lol. I'll go check this stuff out now and let you know of what I decide, wish me luck.

Good luck and happy shopping! I love my Vamo V2s....I use them every single day. It's a good mod for the price I think. VV/VW and you can check ohms if you ever get into rebuilding.

Yup lol, the vamo looks amazing so I'll be getting that. Now I'm just trying to decide between button top and flat top, so much stuff to learn, any idea with the vamo?

Daniel, I'd recommend the button top batteries with the VAMO to ensure good connection, however they say either should work.

Had another Oring incident with the kayfun and pluid, and luckily it was about 30 seconds before I was cleaning it.
My golden rule is if it Don't work in a kayfun, it doesn't work for Craig. Back to vaping my old supply and damn I'm really making headway finally on the old stuff. Cat is gone in a week. White lie will be gone in a week or so, and my vape supply is finally dwindling down to nothing.

Get you a dripper RDA. I resisted this for a very long time. Now, life without my IGO-T is unthinkable. It is simple, easy to set up, gives fantastic flavor, it's cheap ($20-25), and you commit to about 12 drops of juice at a time. Imagine that, me with a fondness of a device that has a short commitment period...

I change the wick if I am going through a radical flavor change, or every second day. I use it for cinnamon and other corrosive juices, so I can keep my sight section of the KFLs where it belongs. Try it!

Hey bronze, and RJ that link that you sent me bronze really has everything I need unless I am missing somethinghttp://www.tropicalvapors.com/VAMO-V2-Variable-Voltage-Variable-Power--Advanced-Personal-Vaporizer_p_105.html

Looks good...here are coupon codes I found.

tropical5 – receive a 5% discount on any order over $25
tropical8 – receive a 8% discount on any order over $75
tropical10 – receive a 10% discount on any order over $125

Fasttech no longer ships batteries so be careful there. And expect to wait a few weeks at FT. :)

You get confused in any dialect of many different languages, Maestro.

You get un-confused whenever it is convenient...

"If you're not confused, you're not paying attention". I remember reading that somewhere.

So, with that being said, all I'm doing is paying attention to y'all. :p
