I think the shipping adventures from SlowTech are as fascinating as the crap you buy from them. :)

Hahahaha, I did have one bad experience with them, but it wasn't much their fault. All packages were being stopped and inspected and their shipper had a huge backlog. Otherwise it's always been about 2 weeks which isn't terrible. I'm willing to wait for the price I'm paying.

Yep, price does mean a lot. I don't go to McDonalds because I like the food. :)

It's been the same for me Neo , avg 2 wks except for this 3.1 clone but I knew it was a preorder to begin with , the tobeco version has been out for a while now and it'll be interesting to see if FT under estimates the response it will generate , I know resellers were ordering hundreds of the 3.1 clone and jammed up the works hopefully FT stays ahead on this one .

I hope so too. After months of reading about you guys doing builds with this thing and talking it up so much I felt like I owned one by proxy. It'll be good to have one in hand and try building a coil. With enough videos out there that I've watched on the KFL, I feel like I can build one in my sleep. And I've never built a coil before ;)

I went back to 30ga from 28ga. The 28ga is too slow on the trigger. I'll go back to the 28ga when I go subohm. Waiting on my mech to arrive first.

Wait.. back up.... I drop off the grid for a couple of weeks and I come back and ol' Bronzy here is getting mechanized? :) Excellent!

.... like Smaug... LeoRex is beginning to awaken from his slumber...

Had another Oring incident with the kayfun and pluid, and luckily it was about 30 seconds before I was cleaning it.
My golden rule is if it Don't work in a kayfun, it doesn't work for Craig. Back to vaping my old supply and damn I'm really making headway finally on the old stuff. Cat is gone in a week. White lie will be gone in a week or so, and my vape supply is finally dwindling down to nothing.

That pluid doesn't work in a lot of things. I broke 2 cobra tanks because it Swelled the orings so bad that I could not get the tank off. It is nasty stuff

well since i'm getting zero help in the new people forum i'll figure here would work fine since I get it here

anyway i'm REALLY trying to come up with ideas on a new system, the kit that I have right now is garbage and I am really needing help guys. as I have mentioned I am wanting to start with clearomizers because they seem to be the easiest to work with that won't taste like garbage, I am also wanting a battery with variable voltage and that is really nice quality.

bronze brought up this that I really like, but I am wanting, something idk just better looking and maybe a digital read out or something. it was also brought to my attention that I need something with a replaceable battery since they will die after a while and I wouldn't want a system that doesn't have one.
    VISION Spinner Variable Voltage eGo 3.3-4.8v 900mah - BLUE [gv-VisionSpinner900mah-BLUE] - $27.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

I mean any help here would be really great, i'm really looking to start ordering my stuff around the 10th so I am trying to come up with decisions now

EDIT: it can be somewhat expensive also, cause I can use up to $100 on all my stuff so any ideas are great.

…and if it does that to rubber Orings, just think what it does to the soft tissue in your throat & lungs!!!

Daniel..try a VAMO or SVD. You'll have to get a couple batteries and a charger though. You can get them for cheap at FastTech but I will not recommend FastTech because I think they are sleazy and sell crap in addition to taking two weeks to get to your door. But there are others here who swear by FastTech so I want to be fair. You can spend a little more and get them from someone reputable here in the States.

Here's one such place (where I got my VAMO a long time ago). Ask 10 people where the best place to get a VAMO is and you'll get 10 different answers. Ask 10 people the best PV and they'll tell you 10 different ones. It makes your head explode.

VAMO Variable Voltage, Variable Power (Wattage) Electronic Cigarette. Similar features to the ZMax V2

You'll need a couple AW IMR batteries. 18650 model if you vape 4+ mls/day, an 18490/18500 if less. The 18650 is larger. I buy mine from Super-T Manufacturing but they are out of stock. Someone else will chime in on where they buy theirs. Also get a charger for them.

thank you bronze, i'm going to try for that, i'll go for the bigger battery just to be safe because you never know.

Obviously the bigger battery (18650 in this case) will give you more life. But it also adds 15 mm's versus the 18490/18500. For heavier vapers the 18650 is better suited. For lighter vapers the 18490/18500 would be a better choice because it's smaller. Truthfully, I'm not sure the VAMO takes an 18490/18500. I think they take only a single 18650 or two 18350's. So you should be OK with the 18650's. I know it takes the 18650's.

The VAMO has been and still is a popular regualted mod. There are other good ones too. This is just a good choice.
