I missed out on the co-op. Didn't pull the trigger. Now I'm jealous!! :)

Wish Kanger would let us use our own drip tips.

I always buy more than I need in coops. I'll send you one when they come in if you're interested. We're still waiting for China to make improvements and deliver.

I've only done two of them. Both are still working. I need more practice, so I'm gonna rebuild another couple tonight or tomorrow. Hopefully, I can figure it out and hit that 2.4 - 2.6 ohm sweet spot I want.

How thick are the wick strands you're using Pap? 1mm? And how many do you use?

I only have 2mm wick, so I just used one 2mm strand. Seems to wick just fine, but that may be affecting the size of the wraps and, thus, the resistance.

PS: General, I changed my signature. I saw this quote and it made me think of "he who shall not be named."

Probably. I would consider doubling that. If you have a single 2mm strand you're going to have to get 10 wraps to get to your 2.5ohm target. Hey, you got two that work. That's pretty good out of the gate.

X, how are you liking that Smok RSST? PBusardo sure liked it.

It's a great inexpensive genny. Better than the AGA-T2. It leaked a drop from the connector because the insulator sleeve isn't snug fitting enough. I replaced it with a silicone one from the AGA and it's perfect now. It looks a lot nicer than the AGA-T, which I think is pretty ugly. I have 4 AGAs which I'm tempted to mod so they look a little nicer. If I had a lathe, it would be a piece of cake.

I'll try 2 strands next time. I'll probably have to notch the silicone cap, though, to prevent it from pinching the doubled up wick.
