Let's try this again - without outside interference, if possible. :)


I'd like to make it clear that I'm most agreeable to you making me a replacement Grant with brass caps.

Of course I don't expect it be here 'today'. I'd just like to ask that you make it your top priority. (I know how easily you get distracted with new ideas you want to work on.) And that you ship it priority/express with the proper security precautions to assure it's delivery to the best of your ability.



6) The "a new GG solution" would be not good for her because she was worring about shipping time and not for a GG itself, so if I had told her about this solution she would be angry saying that the shipping time would be huge either.

7) The subject here is not the solution but the shipping time. Solution is easy but it will take time. Will she accept it? No, because she doesnt want a GG. She wants a GG TODAY


As for you now, your problem is not the GG but the GG now. As I told you, the prosedure with the post office was 1 month. You didnt like it. I said ok, I will refund to you for the missing parts. You didnt like it. Now you say that you agree to send you a new one. I can do it but you will complain about shipping time again.

with all due respect, can you please explain to me how the post office can perform a trace if you don't have an accurate tracking number for my particular device?

You said you mixed up all the tracking numbers when you did the mass shipping of the upgrades. How do you know which tracking number belonged to the package with my device?

Maybe I'm dense, but this confuses me.


With regards to the last post in the locked thread: I don't understand how receiving the Super-T ( or having any other PV, for that matter) is pertinent to finding and returning the Grant that belongs to me.

What if there are two or perhaps three tracking numbers with problems? Will you trace all of them?

I so, how will you determine which of the tracking numbers with problems contain my specific device?

What if the Grant that you gave away to bionic_vapor-guy belongs to me and is not one of the tracking numbers with a problem?

September 1st is 31 days from the day you said you shipped the packages (August 2nd) That date also marks 7 weeks since I shipped the device to you.

When you do get around to requesting a trace, would you be so kind as to ask the postal authorities for an estimate as to how long such an investigation might take? I would appreciate that so I can get a time frame for how much longer it will take to get a resolution to this problem.

I beg your pardon? :confused: Is that some sort of veiled threat? I've been polite and respectful and will continue to post wherever and whenever I like. I've broken no rules that I'm aware of.

I accept that you can't speculate on a hypothetical situation. Thank you for the answer. :)

Today is 31 days since the day you said you shipped my Grant back to me from the recall (8/2). It's also 49 days (7 weeks) I've been without my PV.

You told me the postal authorities in Greece required you to wait 30 days from the date of shipment in order to initiate a trace on missing packages.

I look forward to information today regarding my missing device. :)

Tell me this... Just how long will it take you to make and send a replacement Grant. Another month? Two?

I realise that it will not be found by the officer's answer.

As for the replacement, I will try to make it sooner:)
