I know you're great with stuff like this,
@Jim-, but it's overkill and unnecessary for the average vaper. Since they're hermetically sealed one only needs to remove the plate from the top, clean everything, then place it back together (exposing no interior).
Keeping in mind that there has been but ONE report of an Xvo firing on its own, and that was by someone who admittedly had taken it apart when he first got it. It has long been my belief that he did something incorrectly when reassembling, and broke the hermetic seal. The result was an interior full of burnt & dried juice, causing the device to fire unsolicited.
I just don't see any value in complicating a very simple & quick cleaning process.
But if someone chooses to take that route, I can only quote Chels (as Kat already has) when I say,
