I only use wattage mode so can't help you with that. The cage is as big as the knightv1 my merlin fits without issue. I am sure I will buy a knight v2 very soon either way...maybe grab the sale over at gearbest

Great side by side pic. You will revert to the Tesla button as it is a more natural position than the Smoant/XVO. I ended up passing on the Tesla as I wasn't crazy about the styling of the battery door and the fact that the tank well diameter was not as large as the Smoant and only capable of handling 22mm max diameter tank. The Knight V2 Preheat under TC was greatly improved over the V1 so I went with that instead.

How does the Tesla do on TC & Preheat functions? That is essentially using a StarPlatt chip isn't it? Never heard a performance report on one of those.

Really, Specs I saw on the Tesla were 22mm dia tank max where the Knight was Capable of 23mm tanks. Maybe VaporBeast had a misprint on Specs listed.

Merlin is a 23mm Atty isn't it? So it would be reasonable to assume you could fit a 23mm Aromamizer down in that Atty Cage. Wish I knew that back when there was 20% off. Might have taken the plunge and picked one up after all.

While I have gotten somewhat used to the fire button on the Knight/XVOs, it was a huge change from the Katos, R80 Sidewinder, & micro & mini sticks I was used to prior. The Tesla 70w TC Stealth fire button would have been a natural for me.

Thanks for the Info.

Thanks, Pokes (14-10!!!).

The Weeble is the one that Shawn posted. I've been watching it since they first posted it. I like it (NOT getting one), but it reminds of those Weeble toys from whatever decade.

Has anyone actually ordered from vaporbeast, have only heard bad stories about them?

I've ordered from them a number of times. I haven't had any problems, but I'm far from a "regular".

I've ordered several things from them. They ship pretty quickly and my orders have always been right. Never had to contact them for customer service, so I'm not sure about that.
