They are awesome little mods, IF you like the AIO coils, and you don't mind plastic. I bought it because it is truly a pocket mod. I really like the AIO coils, not sure why, but right now they are my favorite. The mod is cute, fits in the palm of my hand (and I have small hands). The sticker is very pretty, looks like abalone but make no mistake about it, it is a sticker, not a finish and not a resin.
All that said, I got mine for under $30 and a second (in reserve) from the FT Chinese New Year sale for under $25. I would not pay a lot for these because they are plastic and a sticker.
I also have the AIO box (not the evic AIO), it is the same theory, has a 2200 mah internal battery, and it too is small. It is also made of plastic, and small (but not THAT small). I don't know why, but I don't like it as much. It feels really cheap to me, and it was, less than $20. I am not a fan but I take it with me when I travel because other than the inconvenience of not having a mod with me, I don't care if I lose it.
The mi-one is probably not up your alley. It has no metal other than the mouthpiece ring. Stay with your BB.
But this new one, depending on the reviews, might be a good thing to have for a run to the grocery store, etc.
... "neck" - and some don't. I know I like metal things.
