Not a word here about today's news?
My thoughts are all over the place. With the news that hit us, I have to look out for myself which means beginning to start my DIY shopping in a week or 2.

I feel for the mom & pop shops that'll be hit the hardest, but with all the petitions that have been signed, & all the letters our congressmen, I felt from the start this would not be a big win for vapers.

I don't want to sound like a Debbie Downer but there was nothing about what the FDA did to us that could make me feel good.

I hope something significant happens; even if this means powers bigger than us fighting this in court for them to reverse this tear jerking decision.

Maybe..... Just maybe there may be some hope for us instead of the many depressing posts I've read in which the end is here.

No label or anything.

You know it's white now but if I'd seen this post earlier I would've told you the color of your mod is represented by the the little dot on the package.
Rub your finger across it- it looks like it's part of the box art but it's not.

Yea the FDA is hitting you US people pretty hard......it's even more harsh than our TPD.........but as I understand it there is a 2 year window to stock up (correct me if I'm wrong)......hopefully in these 2 years enough science will pop up to make them reassess the situation, or that the vaper community grows to big to ignore.

We only got 14 more days before TPD hits :-( (but probably will also be a year before we actually see the effects)
I can get so frustrated with those ignorant organisations, so I feel your pain!!
The only country that seems to have a clue is the UK, although that won't do them much good until they decide to leave the EU.

Oh my goodness!!! I didn't notice that until you pointed it out to me and then I went back and checked my box. How did I miss that???

Oh well, the anticipation was aggravating for a few minutes but funny now.

It's extremely easy to miss & because it's not so obvious many won't know if they've received the right color until they open the box.

My 2nd mod purchase had one of those stickers but IIRC, all others after that had the check mark in the box for what color was in it. I actually got used to those.

I saw yesterday 101 is sold out & waiting on their 2nd batch.

Smoant knight now at Fasttech! $51 for complete kit, 9 day ETA....ordered me one (although I don't need the tank, if they list the mod w/o the tank before shipping, I'll cancel and re-order just the mod).
The tank is actually pretty good. Been using my kit since the day I got it & can't seem to put it down. Got a freebie juice with a Litecigusa purchase & it was so tasty (taste like sherbert) I ordered 300ml just for this setup.

So here is my first impression of the Knight V1, as expected, I really like it. It is heavy, but not in a bad way, as has been said it feels like a quality mod. It came completely unblemished, and is really quite lovely. The pearl finish on the white is really nice.

The thing that I really like over the tosser stick is the placement of the seatbelt. Although there is room for air to travel in the tosser stick, the actual airflow "slots" on my mods are are covered by; not so on the Knight. The seatbelt is closer to the tank section leaving plenty of room for airflow, particularly is you have a "slot" on both sides of the base.

The buttons are nice and "clicky," but I prefer the adjustment buttons on the tosser stick because they are not the little tact buttons like the ones on the Knight, but it is not a deal breaker for me.

I will say that I haven't found the tank that I want to use in it yet. Using the shorter tanks my cheek hits against the rubber stopper battery cover of the mod, so I think that I need to either go to a taller tank or a taller drip tip.

Size wise, it is almost exactly the same as the tosser. The Knight is slightly (a mm or 2 taller by the battery) and the Tosser is a hair (again probably not more than a mm) longer/wider.

I'm pleased. But this is only a first impression, I'll have to spend much more time with this to give it a full review.

Hey guys..I bought a Knight V1 on 5/4 from 101vape and had it in my hand today at 2pm. Man this thing is heavy compared to my homemade side by side of 6 years (135 grams with full tank). Of course its made of molded polyurethane too.

Anyhootchie...I got the kit with a Talos v1 and also a Griffin V1 for a RTA, which I havent tried yet. I fired up the Talos and settled in at 15W on VW mode. With my juice at 22mg it may mean an adjustment of my recipe soon...wow. Did I mention it was heavy...definitely a solid build and nice workmanship...but they have to work on a diet for this thing. May just be me too as this is the only hardware I have bought in over 6 years...the last was the 510 Titan starter kit I got going on. LOL The Griffin tank is also good quality but more on that later when I get it fired up.

You guys probably know it already but I thought it was cool that both the Knight and Griffin came with a scratch off code to verify authenticity on their websites.

One tip on o-rings too. Of course make sure they are lubed and when tightening..halfway between when it starts to compress the ring and is tight...back it off slightly then tighten it down. This helps keep it seated and prevents distortion from the drag of the parts.

Well folks...enjoy while you can. I know I'm good for 6 or more years no matter what they do.

I could look this up but no time right now. What is the tosser?

Regarding the rubber battery cap are you referring to the Knight? No matter how I hold it, I cannot get it to touch my face.

And one last question- airflow. If you look towards the back of the 510 on the Knight there's a nice size airhole there too along with the grooves.

Rec'd my coils & RBA deck today.

I'm always delighted when there's an authenticity code on anything I buy but in the case of the Knight, it never dawned on me to notice it since to the best of my knowledge there are no clones of it..... yet. ;)
