Sure is a skinny little booger.
But really tall, I think. 160mm (that's the height, right?) makes it a bit over 1/2 foot (6.3") and does that include the drip tip? That's almost as tall as the Mini with the Triton on it.

Yeah - it's pretty tall. I'm curious too (as to what that includes). I don't think it's for me, but it's still cool to watch.

Any pics?
They just had the a poster, which made me stop by and ask them about it. It's the same one on the website. What I found frustrating was he had no information, didn't know it was a side by side (I had to point this out to him), and couldn't tell me a close release date - mentioned sometime "early" next year.

ETA: He may have meant that he would get them early next year. This was before Todd's Review.

Interesting. I placed an order last nite at FT. I tossed in some Aspire items, but they were disallowed if I wanted to use PP. I COULD buy them...... with Bitcoin.

Or a gift cert. From other threads here on ECF, it appears that you can get a gift cert if you buy something, then cancel it. (Then FT gives you a gift cert in lieu of a refund.)

I think I'll just shop at US vendors with less hassle. What do you guys think?

And is there a specific list of FT items that can no longer be purchased via PP?

It's happening, isn't it. :(

The response I received from FT is that e-cigs products are off the list for PP, since it violates Paypal's rules . They gave me the same option of buying something and cancelling, but it seemed a :sneaky: questionable practice, so I declined. I've used 3FVape, US Suppliers, or EU to supply my vape needs.

Agreed, F2V, as do I. But there are just some FT items that I like, and they are specific to their site.

We've been aware of PP's restrictions for a long time, but they seem to come and go in intensity. This seems to be one of the more intense times.

I've always paid with PP and have not yet had any vape gear disallowed. My most recent order was two weeks ago, various RDA, RTA and mod components. I have heard from a friend recently that her Aspire coils were disallowed and only offered with bitcoin.

So I don't know. Will see with my next order.

When did you receive this response from FT?

August 16th. I even asked them about purchasing Fast Tech Gift Certificates using Paypal and then using them for purchases, but the FT support said the only way to get a gift certificate was to buy an item and then cancel it.

you can also go to the fasttech mobile site and purchase gift certificates:

Home

...as far as I know it is only needed for Aspire products...at least that is the only time I needed to use it (to buy coils for the Kabuki). Bought some other things a few days ago, and it worked fine with PP....as long as you don't put aspire product in your basket.

I clicked on that link and searched on gift/gift certificate and didn't find any (although 24 and 5 pages respectively were displayed). FT Support stated that you could not purchase gift certificates, but that you could purchase an item, cancel the order and ask for a refund in gift certificates.
I do believe that my last order did contain Aspire coils (for the Nautilus, since I hadn't been introduced to the Kabuki at that time). I will test your theory - thank you!

My response was that I simply won't be purchasing Aspire items from FT.

I'm not jumping through hoops for a few dollars. But when they're the only game in town for something I want, assuming they'll take PP or CC's for it, then I get it. I like the colored glass tanks they have for the Nautilus, which are cheap (about $1 per) and don't last forever. They're not technically Aspire, so I can get those.

I'll move toward or against things as the winds allow. No hoops allowed! ;)

I agree, it's a drag to do it this way.
But seeing the price difference between FT and buying local, and how much I use them nauti coils it's worth it to me. I can usually get them for about $7,50 from FT ( using a 10% coupon code), while locally they go for $15......so quite the difference, so through the hoops I go LOL :)
