Dear, there is a whole new world ahead of you! :)

First of all: congratulations on vaping for 2 and a half weeks! That is a great milestone!

And just wait until you discover all the lovely nice-looking vaping gear for the lady. To go with all your clothing styles and jewelry :)

Yes, vaping is a great alternative to smoking tobacco. Tastes better, smells better, is much better for your health. Makes a wonderful hobby, and has great-looking "accessories" for the lady. Welcome to the world of vaping! :)

Lol!! Well thank you:D

Other than proposing to my bride 44+ years ago and then our decision to have our three daughters, vaping/droppin' da 'bakky is my best decision EVER!!!

There's no lookin' back, 'cept trying to apologize to all those that put up with my ol' habit.

As I approach my third year 'bakky free

, I'm still amazed that I no longer smoke with no desire to ever do so again!!!

I went from 2PAD to 6 cigs a day the first week I vaped. I continued to have one after a meal and 1 or two with morning coffee for another 2 years until one day I decided not to buy another pack. That was a year and a half ago and I haven't even thought about smoking since then, even if people are smoking around me. It's a miracle!

Haven't touched a cigarette - or wanted to - since July 5, 2010, the day that first KR808d kit came in the mail (my, how things have changed). I'm currently enjoying the fourth winter in a row without a single bout of the bronchitis / pneumonia that I used to get at least once every single year.

Well it's been at least 3.5 years for me. I took a new job working with Youth in Feb 2010. The last thing I wanted to do was to let them see me smoke. So that and of course my families interest was the reason I tried vaping. My original intent was to vape instead of smoke when I needed to be around the youth or inside. I never really thought (or intended) to quit smoking at all.

Long story short, I had my last cig late May 2010. Besides the Wife and kids, the best decision I've ever made.

I still don't vape around the youth or in ways it may offend anyone

I had bought some unflavored WTA liquid a week or two ago. I added like 5 drops to a full tank and it made me sick that night. I then added 3 drops to my 15ml diy liquids. I think that helped immensely.

I was almost ready to have a smoke. That "edge" just wouldn't leave.
Come to think of it I did have occasional urges too, but I was determined not to smoke. I know for sure that I haven't had any urges for at least the last two years. I do remember having some 24 mg around (thats what I started with) for the times that nothing seemed to cut it, but all I do now is 16 to 18 mg. Man, 24 mg reminded me of my High school 'nic buzz' days lol

edit; I think there is something besides nicotine in those cigs that addict you too. :?: I was getting plenty of nic in the early days, but something else was still missing. Good news is after about the first few months, I didn't seem to miss it any more

Started vaping the first week in March 2010, completely smoke free by August or September the same year. It took the eGo style batteries coming on the market before I could drop the occasional stress smoke.

Yep. I started with cigalikes, then upgraded to the ego style. That really was the turning point for me too.

The cigalikes just couldn't keep up as an all day alternative for me. It was like deep sea diving without a tank lol
