longer telescope for kick + 18650?

Is there a plan for making a slightly longer telescoping tube to use this configuration, or are we relegated to 18500?


I know the VVGG is in the works, but the kick will be available in 2 weeks, so was hoping this would hold me over in the interim. An 18500 would hold me over in the interim too, cut at the cost of a whole lotta mAh.
