My main point is that a mod with a DNA board will be significantly more expensive than one with a joyetech, smok etc board, and the possibility of getting the board fixed/replaced isn't that compelling due to the shipping costs. In most cases it would probably be more cost effective to simply buy a new board (if possible to find a vendor with affordable shipping in Europe). For me, personally, DNA boards simply aren't worth it, but then I'm one of those who prefers Joyetech boards and has never had any problems with them. I was considering getting an Hcigar VT250 when I found one for a good price, but realised that I'm better off getting a Wismec Predator and pocketing the savings. Not that I really needed a new mod thoughI thought the were several manufacturers in Europe building with dna boards, or at least in the UK. I have no idea what the prices are like with shipping and VAT to Sweden, and I'm sure it ends up considerably higher than say in the US. I imagine you could also order from one of the Chinese vendors like FT, although it's a risk of having issues should service be required.
