is there a thread somewhere or something on line that tells you how many wraps of 28 gage around a 1/16 inch drill bit will get you 1.5 ohms? this is just a hypothetical question. some kind of graph or list that has the different gauges of kanthal with different sizes of coils and different number of wraps that will get u close to a specific resistance?? hope you understand what im looking for. Thankyou

I would personally suggest calculating resistance per inch as every coil will be different. Otherwise...

Its very accurate

I also have an Android application on my cell phone called Vaper's Toolbox
Gives about the same results as the Steam Engine vaping calculator
