Def get that fresh pack of smokes smell taste from Halo's- torque 56. In fact what I taste deep in there is maple, which relates in my mind to the smell of unlit tobacco.

I thought it was hair spray!

Yeah, burning anything, not something already burned, is not a "flavor," for if it were a flavor it could be reproduced. That fresh pack smell, that's definitely out there. Ash is out there. tobacco (not burning tobacco) is out there.

im new so here i go..i started vaping over a year ago...and long story short ran out of real ones one night and have never looked back..its been 8 weeks..was doing 18mg in both cotton candy which i love and my vape shops sweet camxl blend..i do really like the blend..it really does not taste like a real one sorta..but in a funny way it does..i REALLY dont miss real ones..i love vaping for the taste..i carry three ego c twists with evod tanks..2 loaded with cotton candy and the other the blend...but im finding i love to vape so much i got to cut more back on the nicotine!!! but i would like either to make my own blend to try to copy my stores one or something close...its not that i want it to taste like a real one because now i realized they had no real taste!!! so unless i give a slipped few dollars to the kids at my vape shop to tell me what juice they use to mix it i will just have to buy juice to mix to try to find some thing close

If you smoked cheap cigs, you'll need to add the taste of paper.

I have enjoyed the odd cigar every now and again, the first Marlboro after taste like nothing but burning paper.

I will say that with a goal of quitting smoking being able to start out with something close to the same taste helps to make the transition.

Well scrolling through some of the DYI and E-Juice threads, I have found many posts where ppl are looking for that exact flavor that they got from their old friends..the analogs..Well I can tell you that exact flavor can't be replicated because of the chemical taste of
those nastys'..I smoked a Marlboro a couple of months after I started vaping and immediately tasted a chemical I use to use while
working in manufacturing..That taste was Toluene..Yeah, I have tasted it before while working with that nasty stuff..It has a
unique flavor if you get even a small drop in your mouth, you never forget it..lol

Looking for love in all the wrong places :)

Good list but a little over dramatic and incorrect, acetic acid is also found in most salad dressings, as vinegar and Cadmium is not added to battery acid but rather added to the lead plates in lead acid batteries.

[/nerdoff]

I don't think this is over-dramatic in the least. OP is just making a point about the harmful chemicals in cigarettes. Remember... just because an item is safe to eat, doesn't mean that it's safe to vape. Lung tissue is far different than digestive tract tissue.

An example: I cook with lots of extra virgin olive oil, however it's not something that should be vaped.

But it makes for a really buttery vape!

Randy -- Correct..and I also had never realized that my old friends the analogs even had that taste of benzene paint thinners like
Toluene..I googled cigarette additives and found that it was in there after tasting it, I almost got sick knowing that was in my
cigs the whole time I smoked. Better late than never I guess finding out just what they put in those things I guess.

After trying a couple of tobacco juices when I first switched from gas station ecigs, I found them to taste like chewing on unburned tobacco.

Lucky enough I found unflavored nic base right after that and have never looked back. It is an amazing vape. I WAS one of those looking for as close to a cig as possible. This is it.

I get it in 24 mg 70% VG or higher. I recently reduced to 12 mg by doubling it with VG.

Not to mention the stuff is almost free - like $45 a LITER :).

But even if it cost as much as the most expensive juice, it would still be my AD, ED and night vape.

I have heard tell of people saying it tasted like pepper or something or sweet? If you tried it and thought it tasted like pepper or was sweet, you probably got it from somewhere I don't know and / or got it in high PG content.

I have only vaped Wizard Labs. But I do have two unopened liters from My Freedom Smokes in the freezer too :)

Hey Super -- I had no idea you could freeze Nic-Juice..Thanks for the info dude. I'm going to start DYI juicing as soon
as I get up enough nerve. I'm spending a small fortune on Juices I like. LOL
