Sounds like you are using an atomizer coil in the middle and a cartridge that holds a little bit of filler above it. You add a little juice in the cartridge and put it on top of the atomizer?

You definitely need to move up from a 3-piece setup. They just aren't going to satisfy you for long. They may get you off cigs, but then you are hitting it real hard and needing alot more

Yeah, the wick is in the atomizer. But anyway this mini vivi looks amazing, do you currently own one ?
I own 3 of the bigger vivi novas and just ordered the latest version 3 from Got Vapes. lol. I use a Provari which is a bigger mod and they fit nicely. I like them alot. The mini would be better for an Ego Twist though for looks.
You can also watch videos on how to wash them out and replace the heads. I recommend Got Vapes for getting the heads later. They have slightly cheaper price for buying in bulk. I tend to get 10 heads at a time, but you can still get a discount if you get 5 heads at a time. For the Ego Twist, the 1.8 ohm or 2.4 ohm heads would be best.

How long do the heads usually last for ? I know the ego-c atomizer last about a month.

Anyhow, I'm not sure about Canada vendors for this stuff. I guess I need to pay attention more about locations. But I think you would like that setup if you can find it from a vendor in Canada.
As far as the heads, depending on the juices and how much you use it, a couple weeks to a month. Hard to say cause I rotate between 3 tanks alot. But I just changed some heads on a couple of them that I had before Thanksgiving holiday.
They are also rebuildable if you really want to save and learn how to make your own coils eventually. I save my heads for the day I decide to be brave enough to learn that. lol.

Go with the full size vivi it better since it does hold more juice one tank should be able to last a whole day with the regular size vivi the mini is better in size but a pain with the small amount of liquid and the price runs the same if not very close

Pinoysailor could be right about that! I have only used the bigger ones due to my bigger battery, so I am not as familiar with the mini vivi nova
