Hi, I started vaping 6 weeks ago and I've lost 5 pounds with out trying. I no longer crave all those sweets I use to devour.
I am loving my caramel and strawberry banana and the banana nut bread juices I am vaping. I no longer crave all those carbs that I use to. Has anyone else had this experience?

not only this but I drink much more water now and this makes you feel full and not eat as much as well... I definitely experienced the same thing

I do snack less since I completely replaced smoking with vaping. I don't think it has anything to do with the vape taste or nicotice in my case, but mostly because I get my hands and mouth "busy" with my vape. I am hungry as hell when time comes though, but I only need the same amount of food on my plate as I did before. I might have lost a bit over 3 pounds in 3 weeks but I haven't been weighing myself regularly either...

Vaping has definitely helped with my weight. The sweeter vapes keep my craving for sweet things under control, so I'm usually reaching for a healthy snack when I want to snack.

Plus the appetite suppressant aspect of nicotine, the satisfaction of the hand-to-mouth reflex, and oral fixation satisfaction...

13 pounds in 125 days.

I loved to snack, always candy or snacks in or on my desk at home or in the office. That pretty much stopped after a couple days of vaping.

Breathing great, health overall improved, we don't stink anymore, the stuff we vape is tasty and we drop a couple pounds. Does it get any better.

There is also the aspect of breathing better, which means you probably move more since you're not out of breath so easily. That's also a good reason to start exercising.

Smelling and tasting stuff better means I eat more fruit.

I know I've been able to exercise more cardio wise, so I've lost about 28 lbs in the last month mostly to diet though, vaping makes a perfect environment for a paleo diet.

Honestly a good desert flavor keeps me out the fridge at night time. Well I am not perfect. 3 out of 4 days. I have not lost lbs but I have not gained! My co-worker gained 60 lbs when she quit cold turkey and so did my mom. I think I would vape for the flavors even if it had no nicotine.

A memory from years ago. I tried to quit cold. I ate 4 bologna sandwiches in one afternoon. I did not know what to do with my oral fixation. I guess having a good tasting vape keeps me out of the kitchen! :)

I, unfortunatetly, have packed on the lbs since quitting. I've gained 8 lbs in three months. To be fair, I started with insulin (I am diabetic) which my Dr. indicated can also contribute to weight gain. I can honestly say I'm not eating any more than before, at least not that I'm aware of.

Today I started my new exercise regime which involves my horses. In the past i would typically ride on the weekends. I showed up at the boarding barn and seriously the horse gave me a look like "But it's Wednesday". I rode him for a good hour. For those not familiar with English riding, trotting the horse involves "posting" or rising and sitting in time with the hooves. Let me just tell you I'm wiped out. I think this new program where I intend to ride at least 5 times a week will get both me and fat horsey in shape.
