What's a little nicotine loss? When you smoked cigarettes, it did the same thing. Did you hold every bit of your cigarette smoke in? No. It's no different here. Like Zurd said, order stronger liquid if you're not getting enough nicotine and enjoy your voluptuous exhales. It's no fun without the vape. If you don't need the vape, you could always just put a few drops in your coffee. But most people that are quitting smoking, rely psychologically on the vape. Just my 2 cents!

Just think of how much nicotine you wasted leaving analogs burning in the ashtray... That's one of the nice things about PVs. You never forget one burning in the ashtray.

And, honesty... Taking a big hit and holding it in... well, you're gonna look like you're doing something you're not. It's going to attract either hippies or cops.

The lungs are amazing organs that are capable of absorbing oxygen and other chemicals that pass through their spongey material in as much time as it takes to inhale and exhale. This is why you don't need to hold normal cig smoke in long to get nicotine. What you are exhaling on a vape is mostly going to be CO2 and the PG/VG. Holding it in longer may get you a very small percentage of nicotine more, but honestly you're not losing much with a quick exhale.

Me too, I just love seeing all that vapor flying around. Sometimes I vape just VG alone when I really want to see clouds, like being a little kid blowing bubbles

I actually find holding it in until there's no vapor left very unsatisfying. Exhaling vapor is an important part for me, not sure why, but it is.

I have heard before that almost all the nic is absorbed very quickly by your mouth, throat, and lungs so by the time you exhale very little nicotine is left. I don't have any emperical evidence of this, but it seems to be what many people have been saying here on ECF in the past so take it with a grain of salt.

OMG I can relate exactly! Sometimes I just love the clouds of vapor just like a kid blowing bubbles! HAHA great analogy!
