Good morning, Loungers!

Yesterday was a cold one, to be sure! We had a low of 48 and high of 52 and that wind factor made it feel a lot worse.

My man and I have been married 52 years today, and we've been reminiscing and having some laughs, some tears. Both of us are very grateful we're both here and still very happy! What a journey it has been!

Wow, I haven't seen any TV commercials in years. Today I signed up for Hulu again for a couple of the old programs. The commercials were astonishing, made me feel old. Stuff showing veggies and talking about ED, one called PooPouri, tons of liquor ads.

After reading the article - I contacted Hulu and found out the emails for a FREE Roku Express will be sent on Thanksgiving to all those who got the Black Friday Deal last year . . .

Hopefully, they will honor the Deal for you too . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Thanks for the info .. I may extend mine for the 3 months in order to get the ROKU .. I've got 3 ROKU's as it is, but I could give it as a gift .. it's about a $30 item, so well worth 3 months of HULU at $5.99 a month ..

The other thing about HULU is, Disney+ is offering a bundle deal with Disney+/HULU and ESPN+ .. the kicker being Disney+ will credit you $5.99 if you are an existing HULU subscriber, making it essentially free .. which knocks the bundle down to $11.98 a month .. while I don't have much, if any interest in ESPN+, still, it's a lot of content for just $12 clams a month .. even more so if you're a big sports fan ..

Too bad my .99 cent deal expires soon, or I could get the Disney+ bundle, get the $5.99 monthly credit and be into the bundle for just $6.98 a month ..

Thank you all for your good wishes on our special day!

We had lunch on the strip at the beach then walked across AlA and watched the surfers for about an hour....absolutely delightful.

It was a very good day!!

@Uncle Willie all I have is baby pictures and a couple when I was 3 or 4. Do those count? I had serious self esteem issues as a kid growing up and as a young/middle aged adult and wouldn't let anyone take my picture. I'm much better in the last 4 or 5 years
