BS ! ! ! Once again, far reaching unsubstantiated evidence or statistics. While I know they are mainly talking about children and young adults(18-24) , where are the surveys of older adults that are more susceptible to Covi-19 because of Asthma/Bronchitis/COPD and who are ex-smokers - who are now vaping, that are breathing much better and have not subcomed (?sp) to COVID-19. . . . Just Sayin' . . . :-x :censored:

    Oh YEA - Afternoon Misfits . . . :D

I think that the sharing of cigarettes/vapes by youth in groups, is probably the biggest factor in why there are more cases. This is just my opinion, but it makes more sense than the other possible reasons that were presented in that article. When I was a kid, we all used to share cigarettes and hang out. I imagine kids still do this too. If they study alcohol use in youth, I would think that they'd find a similar connection. Bet they don't ban alcohol though...

Adults still share that other stuff you smoke.

it's them, not you, and you should get at least a rebate.

Supposedly the business office is tracking the outage/downtime for its customers and will apply an automatic credit to the next bill. Yea, right, I'll believe that if and when I see a credit on my next bill.

    From that:
The study, based on an online survey, also found that young people who have a history of using both e-cigarettes and traditional cigarettes were seven times more likely to be diagnosed with Covid-19 compared with those who have never used either product.

One heck of a scientific study... ALL anecdotal, but it says what they want.

I suspect any of us could put together an ONLINE SURVEY that proves, or disproves, any thing we want. Or, as they possibly did, just make it all up.

Good morning Anise! It's a good morning because our internet is back up!!! Well, it's been up since last night so I'm hoping it's fixed now. Whew! We did find out that Mike was able to get on a chat within 15 minutes of connecting to the Verizon Facebook site. The person he talked to looked at the notes for our ticket and some of the info was wrong, but guess that's moot now, but good to know for the future. What a mess this has been!

More good news! The crew is here to replace our front door! The new door is supposed to show up before lunch so hopefully the prep work will be ready for them. Woohoo!
