Lost internet for about 15 minutes this afternoon but we have not had the storms I was expecting. So far, I'm sure I still have a yellow vehicle.

I have been having a weird issue with Google. I might have broken it by asking too many questions. I would ask something and the new tab would bring up the correct page and then it would just go to a blank white screen. I change my search engine to DuckDuckGo and POOF, no issues whatsoever now. I am liking this search engine just fine.
My only problem is I can't say, "Let me Google it." Not sure what I will say now. Sounds funny to say "Let me Duck it."

Some more of the peonies are coming out. Dad says this is a Japanese variety. I am not sure but it does not matter. I like them all. There are so many different kinds. Hot pink is still my favorite.
A World War II veteran who is 100 years old set the record for a 100-meter race. With all the stuff I read that breaks my heart and raises my blood pressure, this was so heart-warming.

A 100 meters is 328 feet. I can walk for miles but I cannot seem to run. The last time I tried to run it felt like my legs and my brain were not on the same page. It felt so weird and also reminded me I needed to buy a new bra.

I went to take a walk and the book was so good, next thing I know I'd walked almost six miles. I hate losing track of time but I LOVE a good book.
Worked out nicely though because now it is pouring rain and I won't feel bad about eating one of the donuts!

Mine haven't bloomed yet which is probably a good thing because I haven't propped them up yet. Was hoping to do it today, but the rain hasn't hardly stopped since I got up this morning. I have 3, 2 dark pink and 1 white one. I wonder what they looked like before they got hybridized because nature wouldn't have made the flowers so heavy that they fell over right?

I agree. Everything is going to be busy. I am taking my dad, aunt, and cousin to Outback but it's going to be a late lunch/early supper. I don't mind. To be honest, I'm already hungry now just thinking about it. I can't wait.
Country music lost another exceptional singer. Urban Cowboy was a favorite of mine because of the music, not the acting. I'm going to take riding his mechanical bull off my list of things I've always wanted to do.
