not completely, but mostly. Something happened to its joints and it could barely walk. After a big doctor bill and multiple shots the dog is up walking again (walks the length of a double garage on its back legs and is learning to ride a bike) and eats a lot of veggies and fish.
Now you are putting us on, Sun.

My dogs love all cooked veggies - especially green beans and cauliflower.

I did a little study last month on high purine foods. Not all veggies are good for ppl after they reach a certain age. I have a friend in SD who has fibromyalgia, and she says she aches all over. I googled achey joints and found that high-purine foods attribute to achiness.

That's interesting.... I need to eat some "get off your ..." foods lol, although I have been very busy this week. New meds are making me feel better, I think, although some side effects of severe swelling in my ankle/foot but we shall see.

Inflammation is a silent killer, Sun. If you google anti-inflammatory foods, there are a lot of them, and you might heal quicker. When I sprained my ankle, I went to Trader Joes and loaded up on frozen cherries and also sprinkled turmeric (i love it) on my salads and eggs, and had cinnamon in my coffee. It all helped quite a bit.
