JaG, at home I have the thing that's a rope/pully with handles that you stick in the door jamb that does all the stretching I need (my dad made it for me, just like the one in therapy); plus hand weights, thera-bands, etc. I saw the doc yesterday.......raised my arm forward and almost vertical. He was shocked and pleased. I'm way ahead at this point.
