Well I'm glad I'm smoke-free, but I was hoping to also have the motivation and strength to also be vape-free once I lowered my nic dosage, but then I started drinking coffee again in the mornings, so the vaping is hard to quit for now.

I think vaping will be harder to quit than smoking....cause it tastes so DANG GOOD.:vapor:

Sea, it's a personal choice we all make ... consciously nor not. As for myself, I have no burning desire to quit vaping. But, I strongly feel that if I had to quit, it would be a whole LOT easier than quitting cigarettes cold turkey would've been. I go hours without vape nowadays, and no panic sets in, LOL.

on my side I have reduced coffee, I only take coffee in the morning and i used to take a glass of coffee to my bed table when i was going to sleep
