Hi Jag!
Well, I guess lurking would apply if someone were chatting, but it's low tide at the beach for now. Rest while you can.:)
Thought I would pop on for a minute while I'm waiting for a phone call. Giving up for now on it to go out and bring my vacuum cleaner in to dust, then scrub my blinds ... my least favorite job.

Hi Sea!

Yup, it's quiet time on the beach. I think you clean...too much. Sit back and relax...enjoy the dust bunnies rolling by.

I know, Jag. I just don't understand why my floor won't stay clean. It's not like I'm out rolling in the dirt very often. I think I drop onion skins and garlic husks on my floor, don't see them and step on them. The pups knew I dropped things occasionally, so they used to go around licking the floor, so I have keep it clean. Fergies snoops around looking for cheese pieces out of the grater almost every day.

My blinds ... started spot cleaning, and now there are clean spots showing up ... looks worse, so now I have to clean them.:(

DH is doing about the same. We feel lucky if there isn't any backwards steps.

I got the afternoon thing over and then went for a walk. It's a little cool out there but it is nice.

Jan, if it's nice outside, try to get DH out there with his bare feet to ground and his sleeves and pant legs up (if it's warm enought) to soak up some vitamin D. It will make him feel so much better ... honest.

A large portion, I think up to half, of "dust" is ours and animals' dead skin. You live in a temperate climate and keep your windows open all the time. The traffic and winds bring in road dust. There is no avoiding dust. :(

Swiffer?? :)

They say twenty minutes of sun a day is good for you.

I had to wear a long sleeve hooded shirt but after I got going I got a little warm. It was great!!!

How is your week going? You being good to yourself?

My doc said everyone above the longitude of FL is NOT getting enough sun. We all need extra vitamin D, but there's much more good stuff in sunlight.
