I am confused on this valentine's thing. Is it only between amorous ones or just friends too? I always thought it odd to see friends give each other valentine's.

I know in school they made us give a valentine to every classmate. As adults we gave to family members, but the romantic ones... well those went to significant lovers/others.

In junior high, we could order a daisy for Valentine's Day, but not a requirement. The kids who had a daisy "delivered" to his/her desk in class...joy city!!!!!
Only problem...they don't always tell you who sent he flower, makes for interesting aftermaths.
