Pabst Blue Ribbon Is Really Maybe Buying Twinkies

A new hipster food group emerges from the rubble of bankruptcy.
They threatened as much last November, and now it really seems that the private-equity firm that owns Pabst Brewing Company is going for it and will make a bid to buy Twinkies from the liquidating Hostess Brands, creating the most potentially formidable confluence of hipsterdom and nostalgia to ever enter the free-market economy. “We are working diligently to get a deal done,” a representative from the company tells us, which means it could only be a month or so before everyone will be bringing Ho Hos, Ding Dongs, Fruit Pies, and Devil Dogs to your next house party along with twelve-packs. In six months, Drake's Cakes may even replace Irish whiskey shots and accompany shotgunned-PBR at bars across the country.

Beyond The Sea
A Valentine poem for the ladies of the beach. :)

Rainbow and COPYRIGHTDMCA

One upon a hidden cove
flanked by outcrops to and fro
a carpet of powdered sand unrolled.
And into the rocks the waves did pound
distant rumblings of rhythmic sound
a curtain of sea spray vapor rose.
When high from Tropic of Cancer sky
dashed down sunrays through the mist
to splash a rainbow on that beach.
For within that band of fantasy
holds more colors than eyes can see
each a lady of the beach...unique.
Gentlemen, we fortune COPYRIGHTDMCA few
graced by the beauty of their hues
have thus been enriched in our daily lives.

jag he would sit all day, and we went through the "I'm going to sit and turn into a vegetable" before his last surgery.
Now he wants to get up and do things and I want him to.

And that is the problem. Anything he does aggravates his neck and will cause problems. The side effects we can live with a lot better than what went on before.
