Son was here this morning working on the car and then after we did the pool. Then DH and I went to see son and family, then WalMart, and supper.

Otherwise it's been a lazy day!

8 is the biggest it can hold on a 64 bit unless in a future i new memory hits the market

64-bit Windows can take 256GB of RAM, or maybe more. The only real limitation is how much the Motherboard can handle.

I beginning to think the same thing.

The plus is it's easier to carry around than the laptop.

yeah, I totally understand that. I probably wouldn't have one either, if I hadn't gotten mine with my continuing education money from work.

That probably means that you have four 2GB Sticks installed. You should be able to get larger GB Sticks for it. I'll have to remember to find that Max RAM for you. Then you'll know. 16GB really isn't much for a Server, and 8GB really isn't much for a Server.
