I could have started the beach there, but I didn't want to leave out non-vets, so came to the Lounge.the merits goes to the cook, they may taste good if the chef knows how to do it

It was my first Duty Station in the Navy. A friend's wife made it for dinner, and he brought some for lunch the next day. He asked if I wanted to try it. I said OK. He cut a small piece (that took like forever to do - should have had a clue, but I didn't). He was Italian, but his wife was not. She was no Cook, either.
The sauce was good, but that little chunk of squid took 30 minutes to get chewed up enuf to swallow.

I would have missed it too. Then we'd be stuck in GV.
From pork 98% of the time, the other 2 percent from chicken, i do not make more from chicken because they dont sell the plain chicken skin in the markets

They didn't do it right. You're supposed to tenderize it first and make halfway diamond cuts, etc, etc. It's very tender if done well.
