Hi, Beachers. Back reading this morning and caught the post by Sea. Hugs and love, Sea. Fergie had a great mom: always let that be first in your memories of her.

And also, I see that Sun and I are getting an annulment.....just remember, Sun, you get the kids (cats ).

Quite the conservation you all had last night....entertaining read.

I am off for a Walmart run this morning. Not a good way to begin a new week.

Happy Sunday to you.

Hi, Jag......

Thank you dearheart, I am fine. Nothing a little time won't take care of.

Yes, Jan, he died all the way dead to cover our sins. His resurrection 3 days later is what has saved those who want to be saved.

Thank you Sun,

Last couple of times I took Fergie for a walk, she couldn’t make it back … had to carry her. Then she started sleeping almost around the clock, and went 4 days without eating much more than a couple of tablespoons of meat chunks. She became incontinent and was having trouble walking to her water bowl - staggering (almost falling) while she was walking. With all considered, and also b/c she was heavily weeping from the eyes, I made the decision Monday night to return her to the embrace of the Lord. So, the next morning, I showered, trimmed and groomed her up beautifully for her departure to reunite with her beloved pippin at Rainbow Bridge.

Every time I get sad, it is quickly gone when I think of her not suffering.

I will chat everyone tomorrow!:) xoxo

I'm so sorry Sea. I know how hard it was to do that. I've had to do it twice and I still missed them so much. It was definitely the right thing to do though. It's harder watching them suffer. Hope you are feeling better today but it will take time.

There's something to be said for back reading. If I hadn't I would have missed Sea's post. :(

Good morning/afternoon Beachers. I last sunny day before the rains come.

Ankle and shin are about the same today but don't hurt as much so that is a good sign.

I hope everybody has a great last day before w...w...work. :)

Hey, Terry.....I meant to mention your boo boos in my post, but then forgot....some friend I am!

Anyway....happy to read they are not as sore. Hopefully you will mend soon.

Back from Walmart....it was so crowded, but at least I did not have to wait so long for check out..they actually had enough lanes open.

Now I am going to do something constructive.....:D Feel free to join in...always room for a few more.

Hey, Jag....that Mozart is pretty perky and bouncy for waking up music. I always watch conductors in amazement....I had to have several conducting classes in college..even a couple while working on my master's.....and the professional conductors never utilize the correct conducting techniques....they just each seem to do their own thing. I always feel that by the time the orchestra gets to the point of a public performance, after dozens of rehearsals, they really do not even pay much attention to the conductor anyway. At that point, he is just a figure head. But it is so satisfying to get a really good performance from your musicians. :)

Well, geeze!! Forgot one of the main things I went to Walmart for....whole milk mozzarella cheese....we are going to make pizza on the grill tonight and we only use the whole milk cheese for pizza.....dang. Back to Walmart.

I think you're right. The conductor is more "emoting" than anything else on stage. It's a "performance". I'm sure he/she has already stamped into the musicians' heads exactly how he/she wanted the piece played. I also noticed the conductor is usually a couple beats ahead, which makes sense if the musicians were paying attention. They look up as a gesture only.

It takes bouncy music to get me out of bed.

Don't you hate that, run back for one thing. Didn't you have a list? :sneaky:
