I've never been religious, don't know what a stoned Catholic would look like. I did have this Irish Catholic buddy in college and he was borderline conscious a few times.
I really was on the teeth cleaning 100% , it was odd going to a bunkered house , good people all the was just shocking.

It went out three blocks from my hotel, and it was ugly for sure, and have been in marshall law before, its a power outage everyday in all of niraraga for the last 10 years for about 8 hours and the gov or power company never tells you when.Its mostly at 8 pm till 4 am but no on knows, so the time shifts every day.Its a great country just broke.
The lamps usually are a good clue what kind of establishment it is. If you've got a bare incandescent bulb tied to the ceiling by its wires, probably a casual joint, though the best noodles I've had in my life was in a shack with just such lighting, that and the dust filtered sunlight coming off the street.

your right to question the judgement, my other wanted to slap the stupid out of me many times for that one.Some times its better to not seek medical tourism in a third world country, go figure.
I just got my bank statement. I paid my ECF membership twice, didn't know it was on auto subscription.

It's not all bad. The Philippines or was it Indonesia offer some very good facilities with English speaking doctors trained in the US. Even without insurance, it could save you hundreds of thousands of dollars. It's en vogue now.

Thank you....worth a try. And you are right....I have been reading about some Cental American and South American countries where the medical care is as good as here....USA trained doctors with a tenth of the cost here. Some of those countries, you pay a flat rate and then just go in when needed. Much more efficiently run than here.
