Good Morning, Beachers......sorry not to visit last night. Neighbors came over during dinner...stayed for a while. I became so tired, I was asleep on the sofa by 8 o'clock. Hope you all had a good evening. I will back read to see what I missed.

Today, I am going to go get my hair trimmed and walk the mall like the old people....I need to get out and do some moving. I am feeling too sluggish. This is what I see when I look in the mirror...

OK.....done back reading. I learned about milk and energy drinks. Pretty quiet last night....guess we were all tired. I did plan on just taking a little nap on the sofa and then coming to post....woke up at 11:15. By then, Jag's boat had sailed.

I will leave a boat for you all today.....

Hi, another quick drive-by!! I'm starting to feel better, finally and wanted to share that today is my one year vapersary with my friends at the beach!!! Yup, one year ago, I gave up the cigs for a better way. Not only do I feel a ton better, but I've made some wonderful friends here, too!
