I love pesto, not a big fan of red sauce, or as Starry calls it....gravy.
Pesto with parmesan and garlic.....and some black pepper. YUM.

LOL...Firegirl, actually pesto is good on salmon.
And it is delicious mixed with mayonnaise for a great sandwich condiment, like a salmon patty!
