Neither can I - tastes like perfume to me. Instructions in the book I have say they dont taste like gin. They ferment on the drainboard 7 days or until all the raisins absorb the gin. Then you still store them on the drainboard. Instructions say to eat 9 raisins (no more, no less) per day. Cant hurt to try, and I'll let ya know.

Joking aside, Mom and Dad said it really did help ease the arthritic pain.
I never tried it...probably should have.

Yep its a tradition. You get pinched if u dont wear green on SPD - panties and underwear dont count - have to have it visible.

Oh, I remember now. I hadn't been pinched. In retrospect, I should have interpreted that tradition...differently.
