I used to live in an apartment with no air.... It's no fun, but I used to take cold showers and wear as little as possible and lay in front of the fan.... cold showers really help!

And keep the body wet, head, arms...you get the idea.
While you're at it, run the cold faucet and continually splash yourself.
I need to get one of those for my older son... He works outside and it is hot and muggy here! He had me use the clippers last week and clip all his hair off. I hated to cut off his beautiful curls!!
