This I know from personal experience - the normally enjoyable things in life all suffer diminishment when I'm not feeling well. I believe someone living in chronic pain lives in a different world than we know and take for granted.

I see DH everyday and am thankful for my puny little aches and pains.

This is true. I'm surprised that I understood it. When I'm hurtin like this I get real cranky and impatient and take it out on my BF which I hate to do because he doesn't deserve it. I plan on making another appt tomorrow.

my leg is killing me, I can't hardly sleep at night ,i am getting this cramp every night, i have to seat for 2 minutes every half an hour to make it goes away

I hope you're kidding. :( If you're not I think electrolytes are suppose to be good for that, like gatorade and lots of water.

I told my Doctor about occasional lower leg cramps, and I was told the same thing Terry said. I use Gator Aid to get the Potassium I need. You can get the G or G2 kind.

Being in pain keeps someone in a bad mood too. :(

All of this from the Fall, or whatever hurt your Foot?

No, the pinched nerve in my back is related to the fall that hurt my ankle. I had severe tendonitis and bursitis in both my shoulders which started 3 yrs ago. I took cortisone shots for the pain for 2 yrs (3 injections) then that stopped working so I saw a PT for about 6 months for laser treatments at first and now I'm doing strengthening exercises but the pain is still there but it's getting better. They now only hurt when I cross my arms are jar my shoulder. Now aren't you glad you asked?

BTW, I don't know how I got tendonitis in my shoulders. It could have been from kayaking, golfing or playing pool.
