Sorry I had to leave....Hellraiser is refusing to leave the old girl alone tonight, so I grabbed him by his scruff and sprayed the water bottle in his face....pretty much soaking him. Now he is hiding in the basement. I hate to be mean, but he is refusing to mind me...I have yelled at him and sprayed him at least a dozen times since 6 o'clock....I ran out of patience. So this time, he got a face bath. And he still insists on pooping in the hallway.....
I think he would be on the short bus, if he were going to cat school.

Hey, just smother the leftovers in some sour cream mixed with onion soup mix, or a can of mushroom soup, and throw it covered in the oven on low for a while......not healthy but it will take care of the dryness! Glam, Oberweis closes at 10. Traffic should be light on 80 and 55 so you can make it if you hurry!
Tink....a cooking tip for you....the longer a roast is in the crockpot, the more tender it is. And it does not need much water, unless you are going to make gravy. It will make a lot of its own juice. I think you did not cook it long enough. Mine cook all day on low.

I'm so grateful that Cadeau doesn't do things like that. She is quite well behaved, and always goes potty where she's supposed to, but she's the only cat here. She is getting to where she wants to run and do the hair up and curled tail, arched back dance when she sees me coming, so I'll chase her and play. I suspect it won't be long before she's jumping out at me from around a corner when she hears me coming. I hope she does. That's fun.

Thanks, Glam. I have cooked them all day on low and they were perfect. But I didn't put this one on until 3 so I put it on high. Lesson learned

This is my first cat that has behavioral problems....it is turning my house upside down...having to shut doors and block off areas...he is taking over our lives. I am glad you do not have that, VG. I would not wish this cat on anyone, except Lis.

I put my roast in the crockpot frozen before I go to bed and it cooks until supper time. It usually turns out great!!
