LMAO!!! Luv it!!

I did go test drive a Lexus RX350 today. It is a 2010 model w/ 54K miles on it. It is at a small, very casual car lot. I had called before I went (to make sure it was still there) and the guy said "yeah, just ask for me when you get here". So I did. He handed me the keys and asked "do you know your way around here?" They never asked to see my license, didn't go with me on the test drive…. just handed me the keys and said "have fun"

LOL....a well run operation. What it you hadn't been insured and had a wreck?

I told DH about it and he asked what the people who worked there were like. I said the guy I dealt with was a white guy with an accent… not sure what kind of accent but maybe Serbian or something? He decided immediately we didn't need to deal with that dealership, LOL. No offense to any Serbians reading this… but he said a lot of them are into some really bad stuff and the "dealership" might be a front for more nefarious business dealings. And, really, he may be right. Either they were VERY low-pressure salesmen or they didn't give a chit if they sold a car or not!

I know a few people who would like that!!

Oh, I love beer! We have some great breweries here in my area. Went out to dinner with a guy to the brewery and hadn't drank for a couple of years. After chugging that gorgeous tasting dark beer, my feet weren't going where I had planned them to go to weave through patio tables full of people. My ECF friend UntamedRose met us there, and she wasn't any better off than me. Poor date of mine saddled down with a couple of giggling freaks.

Good night jj.

I think I need to get going too. I want to thank you all for the laughs tonight (as usual). I needed that. I had a very sad day today.:(

One of the students at the high school decided to end his life yesterday. Got a pre-recorded phone call from the principal offering counseling to all student trying to deal with the shocked grief and loss. If you have any spare prayers left over tonight, please pass them in the direction of his family. What a tragedy.:(

Chat y'all this weekend,
with love and gratitude,
Sea

That is sad, Sea :( We have had a couple of suicides at the hospital recently, both around 20 yrs old. They are just too young to realize things will get better with time. And they make a terrible, permanent decision. Sorry you are sad and I will say a prayer for the boy's family.
