I'm with Tea Cup on this one. I think it must be something you're having NOW that's upsetting your system; body and mind with the disturbing dreams. Maybe you're allergic to something in the liquid diet, or some combination is upsetting your system.

That is why I started this when I had a week off - to see how I would do. I wouldn't try to work like this. I know my concentration is not up to par right now.

I tried once this and I felt dizzy and sick. I think it was low blood sugar reaction. I haven't tried it again.

DH has one of those. They thought he was pre diabetic. He is not but the VA keeps sending the strips.

My last SO, I call her K here, always has a meter and strips. She's fighting being classed as diabetic, but her Blood Sugar is quite high.
