Good evening Beach

We've had single digit temps all day, but we'll be in the 20s tomorrow and in the 50s by the weekend...

Stone, the weather channel says to keep stocking up on supplies b/c it will be very wet come the weekend - not sure if they were referring to melting snow or rain. I would guess that when it warms up where you are this weekend, everyone will be out getting supplies. Winter just began 3 weeks ago, so you have a ways to go yet.

When I lived on the beachfront and had to go out with tourist traffic, I made very fast time by sticking to the fitness paths and rollerblading to the store. I need to buy a bicycle one of these days.

Hi Stone! The single digits are horrible if you have to drive in it. If you don't have to go out, just slip a tank top on, slither into some cutoffs and stoke the fire up, fix yourself some ice tea ... thinking positively all the time that it's warm enough for you. Be careful on the ice. I fell once on ice and couldn't get back up ... had to crawl toward the car to get a grip onto something.

It's even more horrible if you're walking in it....
