Actually, I've never had them. I hear they taste like Chicken. How many times have I heard something tastes like chicken. I'm like, If you want something that tastes like chicken, then eat chicken!!!





Now I have had alligator. And you're right... it's like rubbery, but it was well prepared and quite tasty as a hamburger-style patty on a bun.

To me, frogs legs are a bit gamey. The texture is similar to chicken thigh/drumsticks....but I agree, I'd rather eat chicken.

Yeah, alligator is a little rubbery....

When you live in Cajun-land, you try a bit of everything.

That's me too. I taste the wild and gamey in most things, so I prefer chicken.

Almost. The way things are prepared here is different than most anyplace else in the world. I might even like frog legs here.

I had to buy some dog food the other day (DH usually does that). I couldn't make myself get the 'lamb formula' coz I kept thinking of the poor, fluffy little lambs
