Yeah...I use a Sonicare. They're great! Do you go to a Periodontist? I have a clerk that has some type of gum thing where they get infected so she goes to the Periodontist and he/she cleans out the gums a certain way so she doesn't have problems.

Yep but it's been awhile. Guess I should go again.

And off I go to do some RW stuff. A pain but must be done. Will check in now and then.

It lasts a good while because you don't use a lot each time. Get the Power, if other forms are available. I would dampen my toothbrush and dip it in some IPSAB (or sprinkle some on), just getting some on the tips of the bristles. Scrub a section of 4-5 teeth, getting it into the gums, add more, and do all of your teeth. You can pay extra attention to the trouble area, but it would be good for all of your gums.

I use Crest Complete.

I doubt that will help with infections.

I use an electric tooth brush with toothpaste for sensitive gums/teeth. Then I use a regular toothbrush with peroxide. Thought it was helping but don't know about that now.

Use a non-electric toothbrush for the IPSAB.

I got some after your conversation with JJ way back but can't honestly say I've been real faithful about using it

I only used it that 20 years ago, but I used it daily, once per day. I honestly can't remember how long it took to clear up the gingivitis (periodontal disease), but it really did. I never made another appt with that particular dentist, but when you go in for a cleaning, a dentist always wants to see you. I said I didn't want to see him, but the dental hygienist was so amazed at the difference, she wanted the dentist to see it, so I let him. He asked what I used and I told both of them. But he never stocked it for sale, proving to me that they have no interest in actually helping people, unless they can buy a new full-rig monster fishing boat from the profits. All I ever have now are cleanings.

Oh yeah it kills the pain. Hopefully tomorrow I won't need it and can go to Tylenol 3.
