Sorry to desert you guys....had to deal with dinner, then did some online shopping for a new hand vac. The old one went belly-up; wouldn't even pick up cat food off the utility room floor any more. Also bought some soap.

I'm also watching a little TV (Rick Bayless) and just being lazy.

Hello......as if things were not bad enough with no ABS system.....when we got on the interstate a big truck picked up something or something flew off its load....and hit our windshield and busted it.....I saw it coming, it was about the size of a softball..so big I automatically dodged. My poor baby.....now she has a big crack, and one of her systems doesn't work right.....kinda sounds like her owner. But dinner was excellent and it was good to see old friends.

It was slow tonight here...but lots of times it is that way on weekends....hopefully will pick back up soon.

See you tomorrow, Beachers. A nothing planned day for me....

I just got back from the Irish Pub. Not feeling any pain. They had an irish band playing that I couldn't stand, but the more beers I drank the better they got. Go figure?
