Glad you enjoyed it... TG and the Nap.

The outside temp is above 50^o today, so I have to go paint at the project I've been on. After that, there are a couple other things to do to finish up over there; probably another day. I'll chat with y'all later.

I hate to shop on a good day, much less during a wild frenzy like Black Friday!!

I slept like the DEAD all day today!! Just now getting up and having my first cup of coffee

It's funny...I slept really hard for about 4 hours last night, but then woke up and couldn't get back to sleep until really early this morning...maybe because I ate a crap-ton of food yesterday!

This is my thoughts on black Friday......

Good evening, Beachers......spent the day driving to and from the rehab center. Sister is responding to us a little more each time we go. I wish she was not so far...I would love to visit her every day. Now home and have made 2 salads and dessert for tomorrow's big evening meal. And now my attendees number has risen to 17 because my niece and family decided they wanted to come also....they know my sister would want them here.

I love this dinner usually....it will be sad this year. And she always brought the sweet potato casserole that none of us feel like attempting.

Tonight, we are taking the part of the family that is already here out for fried chicken. This area is famous for its fried chicken restaurants...there is a lot competition to see who can do it best so we have lots of picks.

It's good that your sister continues to improve Glam, and I'm sure she will appreciate everyone coming to visit. Hopefully being surrounded by family outweighs the lack of the sweet potato casserole

Good Thanksgiving evening to you all......We drove down and visited my sister today and just got home a couple of hours ago. I have a house full of company, but dinner is done and cleaned up. Then tomorrow picking up my other sister from the train station and heading on down to visit my sister in the rehab center again. Then coming home and starting cooking tomorrow for our Saturday main Thanksgiving dinner in the evening. Sorry, I have not been ignoring you....it is very hard to get to the computer when family is here, and we are doing so much driving.

So this is just a fly by to let you know I am thinking of you and plan on being back to post regularly on Sunday when all the company goes home.

Hope your turkey was moist and your mashed potatoes were creamy.

Hi (((Glam))) ..... My DD's turkey came out moist and perfectly browned, the potatoes were creamy, and the pies delicious!

Hope you have a wonderful family Thanksgiving feast tomorrow.

Glad your other sis made it in. Take care of family first, get some rest, and we'll be patiently waiting for your return.
