    Good morning Dale :)
    Good morning Stone :)
Good morning, Dale, did you bring coffee? And hi to Stone again. I revised my post Stone, after I read yours. I really admire people with creativity.
Good morning Glam :) Opps!

I did! I was so wound up over the dog incident that I was exhausted.
One good thing about having today off: Taxes are filed, refund coming!
Sipping alcoholic coffee! It's nice to start the day with a little buzzzzzzzz.... :D
    Good morning Sun :)

What kind of Art were you into Stone? :?:

I agree about the rock  Had to squint at it a while there.
My two favorites were watercolor (immediate gratification, relatively speaking) and sculpture. But I took a jewelry making class (very technical stuff, actually), some drawing (compulsory first classes), general painting, and one pottery class as well. I considered changing my major to art in college (among other things ).

    Sleep well Glam :)

Ooo, Spa day; I've never had one either but I'm receiving a Professional massage Feb. 13th ... a whole hour!

Bought myself a 30 minute one last year and felt like a wet noodle afterwards, could barely drive home  It was awesome!

That sounds marvelous! Do you go to a spa? I've only had a massage at the chiropractors'.

Wow, a little of everything :) Impressive!
You'll have to post a sample some time :?:

Never been to a Spa Sun, I have a "thing" about being out in public without my hearing aids

The massage was with a lady that I knew from the Deaf church so I was fairly comfortable with her :)
It was marvelous and I highly recommend everyone have at least one!

DH is "gifting" me this hour for V day and we're meeting at the OutBack afterwards ......
if I can still drive that is

Way cool! I've always wanted to paint watercolors but have never attempted it... painting of any kind for that matter, other than the walls of my home. I took a jewelry making class in HS and really wanted to go apprentice with a cousin who does it for a living, but my father would not allow it. I cannot believe she doesn't sell online! She doesn't even keep her fb page updated but here is a sample of her work:

I would have to dig through all my boxed up past life to find a sample, and that's not likely to happen soon. I had always been interested in art as a kid, and I learned technical drawing early. But technical drawing is a completely different animal from most of the studio disciplines.

A massage and a big steak after?? Sign me up!!!!

Watercolor came naturally to me, since you build the image in layers and can change things relatively easily as you go. :)

I am surprised that you could take a jewelry making class in Highschool. That is really great! We pretty much only had "Art" class and a few shop classes. I did take a leather craft class back then, but I was disappointed to find that we mostly assembled kit crafts. Booooo :(

EDIT: Your cousin has made some beautiful jewelry. She should at least look into Etsy...
