I bought three very shiny gold EHPro Kayfun Lite Pluses from Madvapes for $4.99 a pop this morning. Not a big fan of gold but couldn't resist the price.
What did I say about low budget shinyitis and color selection? Remember, the cool kids took all of the good colors (leaving us with gold and rainbow), but they also paid full price.
Actually, I'm growing kind of fond of gold. Looks good on copper mods.
Practically everything I own now is much cheaper than the "mods" and tanks I bought when I first started vaping.
You are so right! Can you imagine paying over $300 for the equivalent of a Provari Radius today?

I found a real American made bargain! Made in Los Angeles out of 304 stainless steel by High Flier, the X-15 mod is a real winner. Even though the tube is pretty thick, it still weighs less than 4 oz. The ribbing on the tube allows for several comfortable hand positions, enhanced by the feel of the raw polished stainless. Very comfortable to hold. Excellent magnetic firing button, with a really smooth one turn locking ring.

Here's mine with a Melo 3 and heat sink. They sell them on eBay for $45 (or best offer--they accepted my offer of $38) plus $7.50 s&h.

Looks good in gunmetal. I have two in blue, and one silver --- a good, solid little mech squonker in my opinion.
Once the positive lead is properly bent, yessir. Now to figure out a dual coil setup to fill the deck and not tax a single cell too hard.

I got a silver Athena on sale for $8 but no tank. How do you like the atty included? They are nice mech squonks, and I like their locking mechanism which makes pocket carry feel a lot more secure to me.
The tank is ok, the deck seems very dead rabbit/Zeus style, but not raised. I'd have preferred a 22mm with the same deck, but over all nice. Loud intake though, turbine like. Also, the included drip tip is very short, and with the concave top cap, it seems almost non-existent.

I find myself preferring the dead rabbit SQ over all the atomizers I've tried. Although the recurve is a nicer vape, I need a 22mm cap for it.

Nothing beat the tank on my avatar: Vapeonly tank, 13 bucks with 3 heads. I vaped on the really cheap for almost 2 years.

Digiflavor Helix with Hellvape drop dead rda..

Got the Helix kit for $8.50 plus shipping, ordered 2 of them for $22.98 shipped. Came with disposable Lumi Sub Ohm Tank... haven't used the tank yet, can't comment on that. The Helix is a good little mod for the price.

I got three of the helix mods and 3 double battery luna's . Bought them as spares to go in the end times draw. Tried one out to see how bad it was, couldnt put it down! Threads were good fired good, no delay, and it felt okay to hold, nice and light.

Where did you find that?

Did you guys see the Kennedys on that ebay page? Those have to be clones right? If I ordered one do you think anything would show up?

These guys:
New Kennedy 24mm Ruby Mech Mod 18650/20700/21700 battery Mechanical Mod With Rda | eBay

Those are clones. Not terrible in itself so long as you know, but I would be cautious on quality. It's unlikely to be a YFTK or Ulton clone. Not that they're perfect either but tend to be better than the no names

Right now its hard to pay much for vape gear. Everyone is running out old stock.
This set up:
Vaporesso Attitude and Smok Spirals w/rba.
I picked up 6 of the vaporesso's w/batteries each for $5 more than the cost of the battery.
The Smok Spirals(2ml) was a 60% discount run out from about 18months ago. I have 4 of them.
I drilled the 4 AF holes out to 2mm each and I made up some shims for the posts so it could take smaller gauge wires, this one takes 30ga wire no problem. Stock, 26ga was about as small as you could go before making the shims.
Basically a $27au set up. Maybe not the hip'est thing to look at.

I figured. I have dreams of a ‘finding the Picasso at the yard sale’ variety and sometimes they swing me by the tail. One day..
