Just hold one side with pliers and twist. As u get farther from the pliers move them closer to where u are twisting.

Morning Lurkers
Only got about 2 hrs of sleep between shifts last night & this morning. Still have a few mins before I head go into PT. I can't wait to go home & get in the bed for a bit. Me sooooooooo sleepy right now *yawn*

I know. And I didn't get home til 11 last night and was back up again at 4 so I could make it back in time. I'm done until 6 though & then I got back tomorrow morning at 9:30. I'm going straight to bed when I get home. I should be home by noon my time.
Check back in later PT starts in 5. I better drag my .... out of the car before I decide to turn around & go home.

Well, I don't mean to brag but.........I slept 5 and half hours and I don't even think I woke up one single time. Yay Me. I even sort of feel like I did sleep. Isn't life wonderful?
Welsh, I want one of those coils to but my hubby won't let me play with his tools. But I have a mixer and a pair of pliers and I'm not afraid to use them. bahahahahaha I bet it would work.
