Now just waiting for hubby to get home from work and going out to eat with my dad. Anyone surprised about that? heehee Other than this thread, that is actually the highlight of my day.
Welsh - when Robin announced her moderator status, that is the first thing that popped into my head. Guess we have a similar sense of humor. Or we are both distorted. Don't know which it is. They started the flavor games if you are interest.

Can you get set regular hours?? Swing shift is not healthy!! You need regular sleep patterns for your body to heal. ( I'm sure you know this already though )
like being preg isn't enough they really expect you to fast then drink that nasty juice and keep it down 
Yes I know I need better sleep/eating habits...I wish I could get stable hours but 8 yrs with this job it's not going to happen, I've built the reputation of being superwoman..."I know, we'll call Lea, she'll do it....she can do anything" even my last manager as a joke but she really did mean it..on our company phone list listed her number as 1-800-call-Lea
everyone in the company knows that if they in a jam and I'm at least physically able to stand, regardless how many hours I've worked, I'll at least come run a register. the store I was at last night, I would have called off but the poor manager has lost his whole staff, it's just been him and his ast mngr running it...
well after sleeping I do feel a bit better, still head hurting and as long as I don't move too much I'm ok.

you could have a backed up sinus drainage tube, the one that runs down your neck/throat....
try some peroxide in your ear and laying on a heating pad
